Hi folks
A bit of things here. Nothing major.
My life.......here lately. I suffer from pain. In my legs and my right foot.
Swollon legs and knees which in themselves are painfull.
To top things off, I am a diabitic, have high blood pressure, low thyrod, and fluid retention (body is holding water more then it should) However my blood sugar is in check, which is the only good thing thats happening.
Won't go into much detail of that other then I am in great pain.
Been in the hospital twice in about a months time apart. 4 days each time.
Pondering going back to be honest, just because of the level of pain I am in.
And since I am in pain like I am in, sleeping is hard to happen. Last time i was in the hospital
which was like last week. My body gave out due to the lack of sleep I was in.
So if any one knows a great way to kill the pain for hours, let me know. Privete messages please.
And so, at times I end up sitting here for hours not doing anything, other then crying, due to the level of pain.
So I just want to say is, I know i am not perfect of a person. I did wrongs in my life I am sorry for. I am not asking to
be forgivin.
But I want to be remembered as a person that loved,helped,cared,shared.
I try to be kind. Love comes first. Always love every one, just the way they are.
I want everyone to be kinder to each other. There is enough of bs in the world to not be these days.
People ask, what do they want for the world....... most say, peace. Then start with you... in the mirror.
And then go out in the world, (when you can) and be kind, be helpfull, love.
I ask this of everyone. its not too hard to do this, it only takes seconds ussually.
But it can make a difference in peoples lives.
Live life like you wish it to be or to become. If there is something not perfect in your life, chance it.
Me, I desire to be more kinder, love more. I want my every step to be a sign of love. To be. To become. Love.
Kinda like Fred Rogers. He loved everyone. I want to embrace that. To love in a spirit of what love is.
Some say its the christian way, its ok.
So my message from my life if ever I had one to give......Love, be kind, embriace the goodness of life.

There are days..... I wish life was better for me.
To a point, its a every moment thing that I think about.
I stay in pain these days. Long story.
I just want the pain to go away.... You would think its not too much to ask for.....
Sometimes It seems to be just that..... too much to ask for..................
